Amazing Family Vacation

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children had a fantastic vacation. There was plenty of room. The Condo is as described and well equipped. The Condo is located on a beautiful stretch of low traffic beach. It offers very good snorkeling. The pool was great for the kids. The views from the balcony are great. We can highly recommend this for a family vacation.

Fabulous Condo and location!

This condo was actually better than in the photos, it is absolutely gorgeous, and the view is spectacular! The beach is very private, not many people at the end of April. I highly recommend.

The location with a private beach and pool is as amazing! The property is beautiful and well kept! Had some issues with the door lock and a broken TV for over half our stay but overall the place was wonderful!

No paper towels or Kleenex or napkins. Sliding glass door was very difficult to open. Chester drawers in second bedroom and nightstands would not open because it handles not being there. May need a master bedroom mattress soon. Bedroom doors need to be open a little bit for them to be cool.

Beautiful property

We have been wanting to go to the Cayman Islands for a while since our original vacation was cancelled at the beginning of Covid. This property did NOT disappoint!! Perfect for my husband and I along with our 2 teenage girls and 3 of their teenage friends. Everyone had their own bathroom and the kids LOVED the media room where they watched movies every night. The streaming services were perfect for them. And the pool and private beach were beautiful! I do recommend renting a car as not much is within walking distance. But there is a grocery store right near the property that is very convenient and they have everything you would need. The perfect vacation and the perfect property!

Week in paradise!

The property and condo were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained! Our group pretty much had the pool and beach area to ourselves most of the week. We rented paddle boards for the kids and they had a great time going out to see the sea turtles not too far off of our beach. We found lots of great restaurants to eat at and we will definitely be back! On-island property managers Monica and CJ were wonderful to work with as well

Great place and location

Location was great and worked well for our family of 5 with college age children. Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom. Grocery store is walking distance so we could get food for breakfast and lunch and dinners are a short taxi ride away. Snorkeling is great off the beach so make sure you bring your gear. The only hiccup was it is on the 4th floor and the elevator was down for two days. Will definitely consider staying in property in future trips.

Great place for large families

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for snorkeling right off the beach. Great pool and beach seating, with plenty of shade. We would definitely go back. The only negative was the cleanliness. The cleaner was there every day, but was very superficial and there was dust in all the corners. The couch and rugs were not cleaned well. She didn't run the vacuum once during the entire week. Otherwise a great place!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Our family of 6, including 4 teens, stayed for spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and updated, everything worked, owner and property manager are very responsive, housekeeper visited daily and kept everything spotless. The building has 8 units, 5 of which were occupied during our stay. I'm glad it wasn't more crowded, but there was enough room for everyone at the building's pool and beach. The location is really great - it is located on the north end of Seven Mile Beach in the West Bay area, away from the larger resorts and beaches where the cruise ship passengers go. Grocery store is a couple of blocks away, but there aren't many restaurants or shops within walking distance so you will want to rent a car or budget money for cab rides. There is good snorkeling right off the beach on either side of the condo. We loved it and can't wait to return!

As good as it gets!

This was our first time to Grand Cayman and this condo couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom so even the teens didn't have to fight for the shower :) It was spacious, very clean, and tastefully furnished. The turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach greeted us every morning as we had our coffee on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. Amazing upscale restaurants (e.g. Calypso Grill, Cracked Conch) and casual beach side tiki bars (e.g. Macabuca, Calico Jacks, etc.) were just minutes away by car. Evening swims in the pool under the stars topped off each day. Kitchen was well stocked and included a powerful blender perfect for afternoon tropical smoothies! We would not hesitate to rent this property again or recommend to friends and relatives.
