Very clean. The beds (room with 2 twins) were too firm for my liking. Seemed wasteful that they threw away toothbrushes, razors and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel daily and replaced with new ones. The folks at the front desk were not very helpfulโ€”would only call a limo for the airport, not assist us with other taxis (eventually had to figure it out on my own and set up Kakao T).
