The cleanliness of the room can be improved, found strands of hair on the floor after cleaning. Hotel is conveniently located above the train station. Airport limousine drop-off is very near to the hotel. Overall experience of the hotel is okay.

Small, but clean room. Staff was helpful and friendly, particularly Ms. Joy helped check in early, which was super convenient. Breakfast was 18,000 won (approximately 12.21 USD). Subway line 5 (Seodaemun) exit 8 is right in front of the hotel.

Does not live up to a 4-star standard We were disappointed with our stay, as the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. The air conditioning could not be turned on, only the heating. Our room was uncomfortably warm, and the only solution offered was to open the windowโ€”which resulted in a lot of noise from the traffic outside. The room was dusty, the bed sheets had holes in them, and the hotel overall had noticeably worn surfaces. There was only a reading light and power outlet on one side of the bed, and one of the outlets didnโ€™t work at all. Positive: โ€ข Great location โ€ข Close to the subway We tried communicating our concerns to the reception, but without any results. Overall, we expected a much higher standard from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, also given the price point.
