Good Stay.

I had a fantastic 9 days stay at Hotel Atrium. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning. Definitely has room for improvement with more varied options menus instead of the same dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Very nice hotel for staying with family

Good location, only 2-3mins walk from Subway, very friendly and helpful staffs. Spacious, clean modern rooms. Quiet neighbourhood and definitely worth staying next time.

Requested help from front staff to order food in. We were in Korea and wanted to order Korean food but were told to order pizza or other non-Korean food due to the smell of korean food. We were foreigners in the country but there was no attempt by the staff to assist.

Great location, very comfy bed

A nice big room with a very comfortable bed, but a very confusing aircon, we baked the first night and froze the second. The bathroom is great, of course with a fancy korean electric toilet seat! Shower is powerful and toiletries are good (no free toothbrushes though). Location is excellent, if you go to Jongno-5 station and walk to the hotel in a zigzag via the back streets you find loads of really interesting local restaurants. Also two mins walk from a huge fabric, clothes and food market.

Hotel is fine. Not great for easily accessible restaurants. The breakfasts in Korean hotels do not cater to westerners. Unless you like Korean breakfast don't pay the extra. Good up somewhere.

Excellent hotel quiet location

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The shuttle was an excellent and the short walk to subway was no problem. The staff was excellent in guiding us to where we wanted to go on the bus or subway. Great location if you don't mind the walk.

Excellent hotel for families

This hotel has an excellent location, 3 min walk from Jongno 5ga station exit 1. Though the lobby is small with just the caferia, the Gwangjang market, with lots of affordable authentic korean food is just opposite. If you need anything else, there are few convenience stores and starbucks nearby. We bought our toothbrushes at the subway station which has some shops too. The instructions given on the hotel website from the airport was very clear and accurate. Hotel staff are especially friendly and helpful when you need any assistance. The family room is clean and spacious for the 4 of us. I am really impressed with Ramada Jongno. In Seoul, who needs 5 stars frills! The city is remarkable!

Ramada Jongno

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and able to assist me with booking tours. The only area I see needing improvement would be for the hotel restaurant to offer dinner, in addition to offering breakfast and lunch. My arrival was in the evening and I was too tired to explore the neighborhood to find a suitable place to eat.
