Expensive breakfast with plenty of choices didn't bother to go again It's a little bit out the way from the city and if you wanted to do stuff in mind don't get a hotel closer

The family room is very nice. It's a smart room. They clean and provide towels, water etc daily . Personnels are helpful and pleasant. Our view from the family room is amazing!! We can see the Seoul tower from our room. The only thing I don't like is the poor access to subway. We practically call Uber taxi each time. A bit hefty for the whole duration of our stay ( 4 days). Their buffet breakfast was yummy. Variety of choices. The cafe latte is a bum!! I would recommend this hotel when your in myeongdong area.

1. Very clean 2. The best service ever- super kind and polite staffs 3. Good amenities- you can request for humidifier, iron set and so on. Whatever you request, they are ready to help!! 4. 5 star hotel- good laundry service!!! Don’t expect laundry machine 5. Nice breakfast. It’s a bit expensive but the quality is good. Very healthy and good ingredients 6. Easy access to everything- nice parks nearby, subway stations near by, lots of restaurants, nice location to visit Korean must visit places We stayed here for 1 week with 5 different families. We had a family trip together. They were very helpful and kind! The price was very reasonable as well! We loved here!! Easy structure parking for free as well!! I loved their service a lot

Room comfort was good. Throughout my stay housekeeping replenishment was poor. had to ask almost daily for towels, coffee capsules etc. no more umbrellas to hand out on rainy day. I asked about VIP benefits on check in but was told they were NOT an Expedia VIP hotel.
