The hotel was overall good—great location, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff. However, the condition of the room was a bit disappointing. There was noticeable dust on the lamps and in the corners, the drainage in both the sink and shower was poor, and the lighting was quite dim, making the room feel darker than expected.

Arrived early, the staff accommodated our luggage till check-in. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was elegant. Room was spotless and fresh. Subway and bus stations are less 2min walk away. We’d return in a heartbeat for our next visit.

My stay was okay since this wasn’t my first time here, but the experience felt sharper than expected, almost to the point where I wasn’t sure I’d want to return. I received a call shortly after 11:00 reminding me of checkout, and while I understand the policy, the tone felt rushed and a bit impolite. Being told there would be extra charges if I stayed past 11:20 came across as unnecessarily strict. I believe it’s important for customers to have a consistent experience from check-in to check-out. Checking in was great, but the checkout experience left me questioning things.

Again, they don't let their guest use their gym between 6am and 8am, and between 12pm to 1pm and between 5pm to 10pm. This is absurd. If these times are blocked, when can I work out? They do this because they are running other paid PT classes during these times of the day. Then they should let this know in advance. I would not have booked this place if I had known.

Spotless clean facilities; our room was comfortable and quiet on the 14th floor, despite facing the street. The staff is polite and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast options are absolutely worth it - from Asian to European style, there is a wide selection of food of your liking. Located at the Yeouido district and right by a metro stop, it is ideal because it feels like close to everything. If you use public transportation, the Airport Limousine Bus #6007 stops right across the street from and to the Incheon Airport.

Terrible. Gym blocked for extensive (and the most popular) hours for personal training which for sure woukd generate more rev for the hotel but definitely drives away business travelers like me. No steam iron (there is the basic non steam iron provided with a water spray bottle). How much are the steam irons these days? 20 bucks? They even cheaper it out for that.. No glad ever for me.
