Beautiful clean property with the friendliness staff imaginable. Terrific area close to market and restaurants . My only complaint is that the room is way too hot and even after the manager pulled the plug on the underfloor heating the temperature remained above 26c. Must have amazing insulation! Nice location, near the Olle Market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the attitude of the Ahjuma who we always see in the morning. She may not know how to speak english but she always tries her best to communicate with us. Ahjuma! Thank you so much. The male receptionist in the afternoon is also very nice. Overall, the place may not be the same as the other hotels but the staff is what you will really appreciate here.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! They came out and gave us guidance on how to park. There were only a few parking spots and a bit tricky to navigate into. The property itself was huge and there was a fantastic rooftop area which was great for watching sunsets. The room itself was huge and had two balconies. One small private one, and the other was enormous and shared so you could see into another room. Very centrally located and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops.
