My stay was good the only thing i had a problem with was the cleanliness of the room. The sheets on the bed were not changed so i called the front desk twice to be told housekeeping would be up in 20 mins to only find out that they were already gone for the day after waiting an hour when i went down stairs to the front desk to ask why no one had came up. Lets just say my night didnt go as planned i spent from 12:21 am till almost 2 something waiting on linen to get in bed. My boy friend was definitely disappointed we were there for his birthday. Then to put the icing on tbe cake the next morning housekeeping walked in the room unannounced we were still in bed......not to even mention the boxers that were left in the chair by the window that was behind the accent pillow. The hotel is nice but they really need ro work with housekeeping. I spent most of my time tied to my room due to waiting around on housekeeping bith daysthat we were there. The young lady who checked me in went above and beyond because the machine wasnt reading my card after another employee didnt have a solution. Heather came to clean our room the next day she was very pleasant
