Clean, comfortable, nice view.
Stayed with my husband overnight because of a training for art teachers in Ocean City. Was a little skeptical about the place because I saw mixed reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by cleanliness, decor, and comfort of our hotel room. Definitely well worth the price and we would stay there again.

I wish I could give negative stars for the staff, one of the maids that cleaned our room stole my wife’s $300 bio ionic 10x pro styling iron (hair straightener/curler) a police report was filed but I’m sure nothing will come of it. Be very curious about staying at this property or any other properties affiliated with this property for that matter. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya

To start off, the hotel pictures published to Expedia didn't match what the rooms looked like in person. The woman upon check in was rude and unhelpful with a billing issue and even though I called days in advance to add another name to the second room I reserved so they could get in, there was still an issue when our second party arrived. The rooms were dingy, old furniture and nothing updated in the last 20 years at least. The pull out sofa bed in our room didn't work... outdated is one thing but the cleanliness was a whole other issue. There was still sand in the bathroom and scuff marks on the walls. The floors were still sticky, the curtains were dirty, and the towels & linens had various stains on them. One bed even had blood stains on some of the linens. I would have given them zero stars but trying to be nice considering there was no where else available to stay during our trip, everything was booked up for the festival that weekend. We ended up checking out early due to all the issues we had but neither the hotel nor Expedia will give us a refund or any kind of assistance. Would never recommend.
