The hotel is so outdated and badly needed a renovation. We could see the ceiling falling apart and shows dry rot. When we entered the room, the bleach smell was so strong and overpowering the whole room. Then they also invited us to attend one of their Vacation Club presentations but we declined. I would not even consider this a 4-star hotel, but maybe a 1 or 2-star hotel. The only good thing about this place was its location since it’s next to Tlaquepaque mall and closer to all the nice restaurants in the area. So sad but it could have been better.

Beautiful resort, with a creek side picnic area, restaurants, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, mini golf and everything else. In room fire place was soo beautiful too. Can't wait to come back.

Staff was nice. Location was great. Can't believe that Hilton is allowing their name to be used. The room was dirty and gross. Supposedly they are updating. Unfortunately, not where we were. It seriously felt like I was staying in a Motel 6 from 1985.

The out facility was nice, but the furniture inside the room was gross. The couch was stained and the cushion was ripped. The bed was lumpy and the pillows hard. The sheets were so bleached they itched.

Amenities were great and very nice & beautiful place. Would go back for a few days stay instead on one night. Restaurant is overpriced with runny Blue Cheese for dipping chicken fingers. It was like a thick water.

It was perfect. Check-in was smooth, we even got in earlier than we were supposed to. Room and jacuzzi was clean. Bed was comfy and fluffy pillows. Shower water was soft. Had fun doing basketball, life size chess, and played pool at the restaurant. Very pleasant and peaceful. We will come back soon 💕
