You have found the perfect home for a couple`s retreat—whether as a quick weekend getaway, a romantic destination for a special occasion, or a relaxing base while spending several days exploring Sedona.

Soaring wood ceilings and historic wood plank floors create a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk through the heavy wood front door. You will instantly feel comfortable in this home, and then you will begin to notice the many delightful architectural features and thoughtful touches throughout the home. With views from every point in the home, you will be immersed in nature before you even step foot on the incredible back deck.

Outside, you will gaze across the lush river valley towards Sedona`s most famous landmarks—including Cathedral Rock and Chapel of the Holy Cross. Listen to the birds sing as you sip your morning coffee, or enjoy the scent of the cool night air as you and your partner lounge in the luxurious hot tub. You are just a 10 minute drive from West Sedona, but here you are surrounded by nature, space, and solitude.

Back inside, the large fully-stocked kitchen includes all of the appliances and kitchen tools you`ll need to whip up a feast, or simply enjoy a charcuterie board and glass of wine from one of the nearby vineyards.

Lounge on the sofa by the fireplace as you catch up on quality conversation, or that book you`ve been wanting to read. Incredible floor-to-ceiling windows let in awe-inspiring views and beautiful natural light.

When it`s time to retreat to the bedroom, you will relax into a plush, king-sized bed with luxury hotel-grade linens. Turn down the lights and enjoy the warm glow of the gas fireplace. Walking into the en suite bathroom is like entering a spa: smooth, clean, and modern lines are complemented by natural light filtering through the trees outside. There is ample space in the bedroom`s walk-in closet for all of your luggage. Best of all, the outside hot tub is only a few steps away through the bedroom`s sliding glass door.

You will have full access to the home, which includes a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room, a cozy TV room, and a bedroom with soaring ceilings, a fireplace, walk-in closet, and stylish en suite bathroom. The expansive back deck includes a BBQ grill, high top seating, lounge chairs, a luxurious spa—and of course, views as far as the eye can see!

We live in Sedona and are available 24/7 if you need anything throughout the course of your stay.

We will send driving directions two days before check-in. Please follow those directions so that you remain on a paved road all the way to the house`s driveway (most navigation apps will direct you down a dirt road).

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
