OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 This completely remodeled waterfront cottage has 2 bedroom 2 bath and a bunkhouse. The large flat yard leads directly to the dock in the Northwest River. You can see Sebago Lake and then Sebago town beach from the dock. Enjoy the large firepit with views of the water. Both bedrooms in the main house have Queen beds. The guest house has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE. New house being built next door. Outside will be done by June1st. All work will be done by July 1st.

The Crystal Oasis is a little slice of how a cathartic camp getaway should be. The neighborhood was so welcoming, and the owner was so gracious. Just gorgeous.

Best spot for Labor Day weekend
I took my staff here for an end of summer weekend. The place was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean and filled with crystals that’s a plus! Super close to stores and mini gold. We will definitely be back!

Great Family vacation
Camp was gorgeous . Guest bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Had to sleep on couch. Kitchen table was delaminating and caused scratches on arms. Other than that it was great. Would go back.

Great place
We enjoyed out stay very much. The house is located on a cove which is great for kayaking and fishing. The house is also very clean and just renovated. The owner (not the property manager) lives close by and is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a great place to stay on Sebago.
