Apartment was very nice and clean but we thought really not suitable for 4 adults. The convertible sofa had a space in the middle that you would sink into. Not sure all the apartments in the building have the same sofa. Our apartment was facing the sun and would get very hot and there is no air conditioning, but had a fan in all the rooms. Our friends apartment was in a different part of the building and was nice and cool.That being said I would definitely stay here again. Location was amazing, across from a great supermarket, lots of great restaurants and bars to walk to and about a 10 minute walk to the needle and Chihuly. Also a bus nearby to the Pike Place Market. A very quiet neighborhood. Light line train from the airport for 3 took us near the neighborhood and then a short Uber ride to the apartment. Great communication from the host.

Climate Pledge Trip

We stayed two nights for a concert and this was a great spot. Plenty of great food options near by and easy access to arena as well as a quick walk to the rail. Tidy and cozy. Perfect stay.

Excellent location for sightseeing Seattle!! Easy check-in and newly remodeled apartment was cozy!If driving, there is paid parking available but if flying then this is a fantastic place to do walking to sightsee and public transportation makes it even easier!! We walked to the monorail and took that to Pike's market--there was so many places along the way--the Space Needle, the Children's Museum, Seattle Center, Climate Pledge arena, Glass Museum, the list goes on!!

This little apartment is a great location, and perfect for a day or two in Seattle. There is no AC, which does make it difficult in the summer. However, a large fan was provided and there were blinds and lots of windows to open.

The property has a lot of positives. It is in a great location. The supermarket across the street is superb. The bed is comfortable. The unit was clean.Melanie is a good, communicative hostess.This place has the basics of what you need.There are other factors to consider. The unit is loud. The street noise is constant. Every morning at 4:50 a loud truck is outside. Slapdash renovations have done a disservice to a building that has good bones. The bathroom tub/shower had good water pressure but the enamel on the tub flower was completely gone. That was covered with a shower mat. The unit overlooks a littered parking lot.Overall, this is a funky apartment that provides what you need in a good location. It is not luxurious but gets the job done.

Perfect for a single partier who doesn’t need sleep.

This is a very lovely place & the location is a dream! Sadly, it’s an old building so you can hear everything like people just talking in the courtyard and they do at all hours. We had discussions from midnight until 6 am plus arguments above us from residents every night we stayed.

Perfect location

Attending a friends 50th Birthday weekend. Great location to many bars and restaurants. Kraken Hockey game on Saturday was epic at Climate Pledge Arena. The walk was so close. Thanks for a great experience. We would definitely stay here again without a vehicle. Parking was challenging and expensive. Still a wonderful time was had.

We were spending 2 nights in Seattle for 2 events at Climate Pledge and we needed to bring our dog. This property is literally a 2 minute walk to the arena! I'm not sure if this listing is for multiple units but ours was on the ground floor which is great when you have to take the dog out for bathroom walks. It was nice and spacious and completely spotless. The couch and bed were both comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had all the basics necessary (although we did not do any cooking). Great communication, easy entry. Parking is tricky. We chose to park in the lot right next to the building for convenience but when we first got there it was event pricing so it was high. There are lots of other nearby options though. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future events!
