The good and not good: property was very clean (inside only). Well appointed kitchen, linens, towels, and toiletries. Spacious rooms. Very close to Green Lake restaurants, and entertainment. Car Garage nice but difficult through a narrow alley and very tight corners especially for an SUV. The not so good: overflowing stinky trash bins left outside the door clearly more than a week. Trash thrown in front at the curb and the cleaning crew never showed up per Host to clear up. So, we doned gloves on and went to town with trash duty - not just rolling bins to curb. The foam mattresses were very very stiff. The BIG one: the listing was misleading about the check-in. It said "identity may be required upon check-in". No problem - like in any hotel. I paid in full 2 months in advance for a week attending a wedding in town. 2 days before check-in the host started insisting I submit a picture of my face and driver license to some unknown and untrusted website outside of Verbo. This is a big NO-NO for me and I would never have reserved had they been upfront and clear about this. If you care about your identity and private information then I wouldn't recommend reserving with this process. I spent hours with VerboCare over 2 days trying to sort it out. Turns out that this property is managed by an agency outside of Verbo. Received my check-in info only 24 hours before arrival and only after Verbo interfered. Host was polite but had me over a barrel and I didn't appreciate it!
