No rest room available in lobby. Get out of car after driving 4 hours, the only rest area closed for repairs and you have to wait in line for one slow rude clerk. Full conpletely furbished kitchen turns out you have to request items and lug up and down, including a little coffee in room. Breakfast is only grab n go muffins

It is NOT in Northgate! It is one block off Aurora Ave. which is street people (of all sorts). We felt that the description of the location was purposely DECEPTIVE. Upon entrance the carpet in the foyer was littered with debris and dirty. There was a homeless person in the entryway visiting with the staff with all of his belongings and his dog which made us uncomfortable. Our room had a bad mildew smell that we had to air out with both the bathroom fan and the heat in order to be ok. We couldn't cancel because we had our dog and most hotels in Seattle area wouldn't accept a pet. This Extended Stay does NOT meet the normal expectations of the facilities.

Avoid if possible

Even though the room seemed clean it did have a smell to it which was bearable. But the worst part was the bed. I woke up with bed bug bites.

Bad hotel.

They placed a cover sheet that didn't it revealed that the mattress had been infected with bed bugs. Had no other choice but stay there for the night I informed the person who takes the reservation he said will take care of it. I will never stay in the hotel by them.

Not good!

Very sketchy area, lots of drug deals nearby, homeless wandering around, scary clientele... The hotel was dirty in the lobby and in our room, washcloth was stained, bed extremely uncomfortable, TV didn't work. Front desk guy said he'd come take a look but never showed up. Front desk staffperson argued on the phone where we could hear, plus we had to wait until her argument was done before we could check in. The rest of the staff spent more time outside the main entrance smoking. Will not stay here again.

Basic, but worked well

The hotel staff were very pleasant, the room clean, wifi good, but the room was without a few amenities I take for granted (coffee maker, coffee cups). The hotel must be trying to upgrade its image and clientele and give them credit for really trying. The only reason that I give this hotel an overall 3 instead of 4 is because a few of the clientele gave it a bit of a sketchy feeling. The price was good and the rooms met our needs, so no real complaints.
