Teresa was a great host and we will definitely stay at the City Haven III again. Loved the free parking, the shared patio seating area, the auto-lock on the door. The pictures online were very accurate, so the low ceiling was no surprise; the tallest member of our party still had several inches of clearance. The white bath towels were thicker than any high-end hotel I have ever experienced - nice luxury move! Good quality bathroom toiletries were also generously provided to guests.The closet in the front bedroom was fairly useless with a door that was difficult to operate. Fortunately, the back bedroom had a large walk-in closet with at least two dozen quality wooden hangars, to make up for it.One item that has perplexed me for years about rentals is the lack of a knife sharpener; it should just be as standard in the kitchen as a wine opener. My husband flipped over one of the ceramic coffee mugs and was able to put an edge on the chef knife in fairly short order (check out Youtube.com if you don't know this trick), but a knife sharpener would have been quicker and most appreciated.Also, what is with the ubiquitous 'flat' throw pillows everywhere? I don't understand the lack of stuffing in these square pillows that give no support to back or neck. Just a quirk of mine, I guess.I loved the efficient heat controls in each area of the rental - being able to add a few degrees to the bedrooms for five minutes before jumping into bed was a dream!CH3 gets 5 STARS!!
