Coco's Cabana welcomes you to Seabrook Island! This three level home with a private yard and marsh views is just a 10 minute bike ride to Seabrook's north beach. The house is situated at the end of a cul de sac along the tidal marsh under the cool shade of live oaks draped with picturesque Spanish moss. This is a perfect vacation home for generations of family to enjoy and an ideal destination for bringing friends together.
All of Seabrook Island's amenities are ready for you: the Beach Club pools, Island House and Pelican's Nest restaurants, and the Club's two championship golf courses. Stop on the way at Pelican Beach to watch the sun set over the waters of the Edisto River. So close to the Lake House where you can soak in the sun's rays at the outdoor pool or use the fitness/indoor pool facilities (fees apply) or play tennis on the Club's 15 Har-Tru courts, and newly expanded pickle ball courts.
Enter this property greeted by the charming front porch. The covered porch is large enough for all guests to gather to relax on the rockers or play a game of checkers, and it's the perfect shady spot to escape the heat of summer. Inside, notice the spacious open floor plan and high ceilings. The great room has a super sized sectional sofa and 60" smart TV. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 and Quartzite breakfast bar to seat 12. The kitchen boasts high-end Wolf and Sub Zero appliances plus all you'll need for cooking and entertaining. The first floor also has a laundry room with high capacity machines, a butler's pantry for more storage and entertaining ease, and a powder room.
Head out to the back screened porch for evening quiet time to watch deer feed in the marsh and listen to the magical sounds of Seabrook Island's wildlife. Outside, the back covered porch there's a gas grill and dining table. No doubt one of the most memorable features of this home is the outdoor firepit and seating area. There's no better way to end your evenings than right here!
Head upstairs to the second level. The King master en-suite has a 43" smart TV, and bath with shiplap walls and walk-in tiled shower. A second master with en-suite bath has a queen bed, 43" smart TV. The third bedroom with queen bed and fourth bedroom with two twins share an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third floor loft aka “Crow's Nest” adds additional sleeping space and secondary living space. A perfect tween/teen spot with two full beds and 1 twin bed.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4 The first gate pass is included in your stay. LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Beautiful location with lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and the fire pit was a nice addition! If we come back to Seabrook, we would definitely stay here again.

Another magical trip to Seabrook
The house is lovely and as advertised. There was actually more room than I realized with the rooms up in the loft. House is well-appointed. We had a rainy weekend but were able to enjoy all the amenities of Seabrook. We have been visiting Seabrook for over a decade and hope to be back again soon.

Summer Getaway
Our first ever trip to Seabrook was great. The house was a perfect spot for our families. The house has amazing space to relax inside and out, with great porch space both on front and back of the home. We enjoyed the easy access to the Beach Club and ocean. We left Seabrook knowing we’d be back.

Nice South Carolina vacation
The home is very comfortable and appointed well. We appreciated that there were plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, and plastic containers. The kitchen was a wonderful place to cook. Plenty of wildlife- deer, turkey, raccoons- strolled through the backyard into the marsh. Little bit of driving to beach accesses. Biked cautiously on Seabrook. Most drivers were attentive and courteous.

Big house in an active neighborhood
The house ha spent of room and is well kept. The whole neighborhood is very active with plenty of fun opportunities including private beaches, tennis courts, pools, and restaurant. The facilities require a registered amenity card which took some effort to setup. But afterwards worked well. I would definitely recommend.
