Nice room, clean and well presented. But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it). But no water, no fridge, basic tea options.

Lovely big room, warm and comfortable beds. All staff are very helpful. Good WiFi a bonus. We had lunch which was great. Check out at 12 is a bonus and just across from bus station is great.

Staff were very helpful. For the orice it was extremely good, it is in the centre of inverness with a 24 hr multistorey carpark very which charges £9 for a days parking. I would quite happily book again, indeed i am booking a short two day stay in July here to prove i liked it. Menu was basic but the pizza i had appeared to be stone baked. I stayed on a monday so the bar was very quiet so i have no idea what it is lije on a weekend.
