It's the craziest thing. The best thing about this property is the facilities itself. It us clean, spacious and beautiful. The customer service is mid at best. From hearing them dispute with another customer about possibly being cheated out of money, to being assigned the wrong room at first, all the way to a bartender named 'Anna' that works at the Piano Bar getting an attitude when I was trying to get my bill. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it seems like they went out of their way to give bad customer service.

Great breakfast; nice hotel
Stayed in a junior suite over Christmas. We slept so well, it was so quiet in the room. The buffet breakfast will probably be the best we’ll find on this holiday, it was excellent. Being able to help ourselves to the Champagne bottles at breakfast on Christmas morning was a big bonus. Fairly easy to get here on the U-/S-bahn from the airport with only a short walk.

Easy 10-15 minute walk to the Stuttgart Christmas Market. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave to heat up any left over food. If you don't do the hotel's breakfast, there isn't really anything like a cafe in the immediate area, you'll need to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes to get somewhere and the onsite coffee shop doesn't open until like 10am.

Pretty comfortable, good location, nice hotel.
This was a lovely hotel, nice and quiet neighbour hood with a cinema next door which was nice to go and see a movie after a long day of travelling. The room was a good size with plenty of space and a comfortable enough bed. There were no tv channels in english was the only issue I had.
