This is the perfect hotel for a layover in Zurich. You do not have to leave the airport to access the hotel. Leaving out of airport is also a breeze!!

This property is perfect for a layover in Frankfurt. You can walk from plane to hotel and never leave the building. So very easy to access early morning flights. The staff were above and beyond. The hotel is also very modern and beautiful inside. Highly recommend!

Easy way to take a train to city center from the hotel, lots of different food in the airport food courts just couple minutes walk from hotel. Couple minutes walk to the check in counter it is very convenient facility

Mixed feelings.

Nobody answers the service phone, and if they do they dont deliver. Asked twice for a firm pillow and it never came. Waited 4 hours. Finally had to go down to the desk to demand service. Found black hair on bathroom floor. Shower didnt work well: inundated the bathroom floor. Bar staff excellent.

It’s one of the best airport hotels we have stayed. All staff are friendly and professional. We caught an early flight the next morning and were surprised to see the hotel to provide some free hot croissants at the lobby for guests. This is very thought for guests checking out early who don’t have time to buy breakfast.

Overall a very nice stay but the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The bar/lounge area was really nice and staff were very friendly. There was also a cute spa area with saunas in the fitness center that was completely empty the entire time we were using it which was great. It's kind of hard to find and there aren't any signs which is probably why we had the place to ourselves! Being right by the airport was super convenient since we were able to wake up later and just walk right into the airport, which was totally worth it for us, even though that meant we didn't have a nice view or get to be in the city.
