Upon arrival, we were initially placed in the wrong room, so I went back downstairs to have it corrected. The gentleman at the front desk gave us the correct room. However, as soon as we entered and turned on the lights, a cockroach ran across the floor — which I have on video. I immediately went back downstairs to report it. The front desk attendant was very apologetic and promptly refunded our money.

The room smelled mouldy when we walked in. I bought Lysole spray to eliminate the scent, which did not help. These rooms have no open windows for air circulation. Poor experience.
