Amazing Home in Savannah

My family of five stayed at this house during the week we moved our son into SCAD. It was near perfect. The location is incredible and the house is beautiful. The property owner was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Red Door

Excellent location, communication from the team was clear and easy to follow. Property was clean, outstanding location (can’t say enough about where the property is located - steps from Forsyth Park), management team proactively communicated throughout our stay. Property had minor maintenance issues during our stay that the team offered to correct during our stay. We opted to not have the items corrected during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I'd like to shout from the rooftops how wonderful this property is. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds!!! Such a walkable area of the city. Peaceful. Overall pleased. 10/10 would stay there again.

Great location

a peaceful respite from the daily walks and hustle and bustle.Loved the shared outdoor areas..with a fountain.. Very comfortable bedrooms..My only complaint is they don't supply laundry detergent..they could supply unscented detergent! otherwise,,it was an A+

A Real Treasure!

When arriving at our destination home with the beautiful entry… we all felt this home is the epitome of grace and southern charm! It spoke to us and we felt at home. The courtyard was the extension of the beautiful home and definitely my husband’s favorite spot to relax. We hope to stay there again next year. Our Stay behind the Red Door

This is a beautiful property with very nice decor! The kitchen amenities were nice and the house was right sized for our girl getaway (7 of us). The outdoor area was also nice for pictures even though the temperature did no necessarily allow a long sit outside. We were very pleased with the location and convenience of walking to parks, restaurants and historical sites. We do, however, have some suggestions that we feel will make this a five star location: -keyless entry, wood floor on top floor at top of stairwell is weak and needs repair, a few standard tv instructions would be helpful, the second floor black and white bathroom has no shower curtain of any type and that type of setup does not work for the style of shower, the third floor bathroom with a tub is nice but the unattached install shower and the shower curtain situation was by far not user friendly and needs to be re-worked, the second floor shower needed a new shower head and the management took care of that. A minimum of 2 paper towels should be available at the property. These items were very cumbersome. We absolutely suggest staying at this property, however, all these items should be addressed particularly for the cost required to stay. Thanks!

RAT INFESTATION

We were so happy and excited for our Father’s Day weekend as we had many activities planned in the city. But our first night we came home to our food eaten and a whole bag of mints empty. Poop on the counter. It was late so the next morning I notified the manager. They sent a maintenance man out and he informed us it was multiple Rats. We could hear them in the walls. I paid over $5,000 to stay here for three nights on a special weekend. The only thing they offered is $500 or move us to Tybee which is not near our reservations and activities. Or for us to leave and just refund what we had left. We had nowhere to go with our big family and had to stay. We felt dirty and worried for health reasons. We should have been offered at least a night free. I have pictures of all the poop and food eaten into. This property does not need to be in a rental program until the RAT Infestation is solved. The Rats do not go for the bait. It’s such a beautiful home and it really is a shame.

Beautiful home, great location!

Our girls' weekend in Savannah was made even more special by staying in this lovely home. It has the modern amenities we need to be comfortable, yet maintains an "old Savannah" feel. I highly recommend this property!
