great location

this house is a great location - super close to down town but far enough away where it’s quiet. everything was provided that we could want. communication with property managers was prompt and easy. the stairs for the rooftop deck were super scary so we didn’t utilize it at all which was a bummer. but I would for sure stay here again!

Great place / fantastic location

Our home in Savannah was very comfortable, clean and was in a great location to discover all that Savannah had to offer. The staff was very responsive to our questions during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place! It had everything we needed, in a fantastic location that was walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants on Broughton Street. This would be a perfect place for a larger family to stay--two adjacent units that are fully loaded allows you to still be together and also have your own spaces. We walked across the street to the corner coffee shop each morning for coffee and enjoyed the patio area between the units each evening. Would definitely come back here again.

Wonderful luxury home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Broughton home. It was well appointed, clean and comfy - plenty of room to spread out and plenty of space to gather together as a family. If it was warmer, we would have enjoyed the patio and rooftop! The bikes and garage were a luxury.

We had an awesome time and this house was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. The house was clean and the decor was so cute. Very convenient location. The property manager reached out via text making sure everything was good and to let them know if there were any issues (there weren’t). Very happy with our stay.

Perfect home for a multi generational family.

This home was in a great location and easily accessible to the shops/restaurants on Broughton and only a few blocks from the River walk area. The home is beautifully decorated. We especially loved it given we were there to celebrate our SCAD grad. We loved having the garage for our rental car. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was perfect for us as we only planned breakfast and snacking in the home. The courtyard was used the most as it was great for meeting up. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the rooftop lounging area as it rained too often making the seating unusable. My young adult kids enjoyed having their own private/locked entrance to the over the garage living quarters. Mom, Dad and grandma liked that we did not have to be disturbed in the main house as well. Will book again!

The perfect house!

My friends and I stayed at this property during a girls’ trip to Savannah. The place was beautiful and spotless, and the location was ideal for sightseeing. The courtyard was lovely and perfect for coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect accommodations for a perfect trip!

We loved this spot. Three couples with three great master bedroom set ups! Decorated beautifully, we walked everywhere, rooftop is fun, beds super comfy! I am a regular in Savannah and this is the perfect Savannah vacation rental.

Funky & Luxurious

This rental was lovely. I stayed with my 2 young adult sons. We all loved the creative vibe of the house and it was lovely. It's just a medium walk from the river walk and busy historic area. We HIGHLY recommend this property! 5 stars for sure!

Great house in perfect location

The house had everything we needed and is within walking distance to River Street and the City Market. The spiral stairs were hard for our older guests so they weren't able to enjoy the rooftop deck, but we enjoyed lots of time on the patio.

The property was accurately advertised

This property was very comfortable and looked exactly as pictured on the site. It was in a great location for exploring Savannah.. we had everything we needed and the property management was quick with responses. Our only small criticism was that the AC could have been set to adjust at a cooler setting. It wasn’t a big deal though because the bedroom ceiling fans worked well and the evenings cooled down. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Wonderful Savannah Stay

The property was absolutely beautiful, exactly like the pictures showed. Our family had three couples and two of our 20 something year old kids and there was plenty of room. The tiki bar was so cute and fun to have. Spent the days walking around Savannah and River Street, had some delicious dinners and spent evenings out at the courtyard. The only negative and disappointing thing was that we couldn't get to the carriage house from the courtyard. We had some rain so it wasn't convenient for the couple that stayed in the carriage house having to walk around the building to get home, especially at night. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!
