The whole process was simple and easy. The cabin was just what we wanted. Yhe hottub could have been a little hotter but was still very nice. Cabin was clean. Will for aure be staying again in the future.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO, and wow — I wish we’d done it sooner! The cabin was in a great location, secluded but still close to everything. It had everything we could possibly need — laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, even ziplock bags.The pool table and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. The only small downside was the bathroom sinks being a bit high for me at 5'2".I would absolutely recommend this place — I’ve already told a friend!

Super clean and a quality built & furnished Cabin! We loved that it was off a main road but tucked away in the dense woods and surrounded by beautiful, natural landscapes. Nicely paved drive up to front porch! Very private back porch with hot tub, picnic table, grill and large swing. Loved the outdoor fans that moved lots of cool air around while we were outside during August. Nice touches were the lights turned on for us, tv’s turned on, hot tub warmed up and ice made in the freezer upon arrival. Roomy kitchen with large granite island with lots of workspace. Nice queen Murphy bed if you had more than two guests. We loved the tankless unlimited hot water for filling up garden tub and also the large double walk-in shower. Loved the washer & dryer too. Nicely made log furniture. Comfy leather sofas and king size bed. We would definitely stay here again!

It checks all the boxes

It doesn’t feel like a vacation rental. It’s set up to feel like a home. We just got back from our second visit to this cabin and I think what makes it unique is that it comes with a wood-burning fireplace and is the only rental I’ve ever had that comes with firewood as well.

Ruined trip

Booked a cabin just outside of Helen, GA. Drove 8hrs to Helen, GA. Was informed last minute by Vacasa that my cabin was un accessible and that it wouldn’t be ready, since it was early in the day and I already had the address I drove to the cabin with zero problems. When I carried at my beautiful cabin equipped with a fireplace, kitchen, hot tub, jacuzzi tub, kitchen, fire pit……you get the point, so I informed vacasa that it was accessible and they told me it wasn’t cleaned and I had to pic something else. The two options that vacassa had available within 100 miles were suites located in someone’s home, obviously I requested a refund. Now it did snow and I would fully understand if it was “snowed in” but every other cabin around it was being enjoyed by happy out of towners that drove 8hrs to sit in a hot tub while it snowed and I was stuck with a hotel.

Just amazing!

Pictures of the cabin doesn’t make justice, it is beautiful in person. It is a cozy, super comfortable cabin. The cabin has everything you need to spend some quality time with your partner. The Jacuzzi works perfectly fine , the town is super close with a lot of options to eat.

It was nice, and also a little spooky.

We really did enjoy our stay out there, nothing too complex about it really. The listing was pretty much exactly as described. We arrived really early for our check-in time (like way too early). Wouldn’t recommend doing that, as even though we were able to check in early, it wasn’t until maybe an hour before our actual check-in time that we could. That’s on us though. I think my only issues with this place was that the tub was a little bit scummy and the jets in it didn’t work, the bathroom sinks have very little water pressure in them, and the showers - while wonderful that we could shower together - if you have both of the heads running at the same time the water gets kind of cold, but if you turn one off it can get scalding hot. To me, these are really minor things though, that didn’t really detract all that much from the overall experience. The place feels cozy and the hot tub was wonderful. The last thing I will mention though, just to anyone who might rent this cabin for themself - be prepared for things to drop on the metal roof from time to time. Also, the occasional spooky hissing sound is just the air freshener on top of the Murphy bed cabinet. Lastly, beware that the porch has motion sensor lights, so if a creature (really really REALLY hoping it was just a creature) walks out in front of the porch at 12am, the lights will come on and you will be fearful. (Even though we found a random sucker in front of our car that we were 100% sure had not been there before)
