Communication was excellent!!! Responded in a timely manner. Place was clean and had everything we could have needed. Such a cute decor!!! There were games to play, but unfortunately one game had missing pieces, which other guests (I'm assuming here) lost Which is totally not cool. I strive to leave a place as good as I found it. I would recommend a swiffer, rubber broom to help clean sand and keep tidy. I like my floors tidy. We definitely utilized the broom. The coffee pods were nearly empty, so we bought some & left. There was a drawer 4 storage bags, but only held plastic grocery bags, so we bought some ziploc types & left them as well. We also found a boogie board at a thrift store and left that for the next occupants. We had a blast using it! There wasn't enough toilet paper for us for the full stay, (2 adults, 2 kids) but that's not something I would think they would have to provide. We did purchase some & left the rest. Also I recommend bringing your own beach towels or a beach blanket of some sort. They do have 4 lighter weight beach towels to use. But I brought my own & ad I did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this host overall though!!!!!! The issues I stated are not a make or break by any means. Oh, and the beds! I'm very particular about my bed. I've had back surgery. I've stayed in a ton of places and hotels for sports and traveling. Often I come home and can barely walk after a week. These beds are FANTASTIC!!! I HAD ZERO PAIN! To me, that's huge!!!!
