Enjoy a relaxing stay at this peaceful and centrally located beachfront condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of waves right outside your window.

Conveniently situated near Patrick Space Force Base, the property is just 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach, 25 minutes from Port Canaveral, and 40 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center.

Both bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, providing comfortable accommodations for guests. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa and a single rollaway bed.

Each bathroom is fully stocked for your convenience. A coin-operated washer and dryer are located just outside the unit on the same floor, and laundry detergent is provided.

For your beach outings, you’ll find towels, chairs, children’s toys, and a beach umbrella available for your use.

The condo was so clean and had all kinds of little accommodations i didnt expect like coffee for the coffee maker and toys for the beach. The host was extremely accommodating as well, even allowing us to check-in a bit early since we got in early and were tired. Id 100% stay again!

The balcony view was perfect & beautiful. We had a beach view also in both bedrooms. Great to wake up to the sunrise every morning. Everything was very clean. Host responded quickly and so nice. Place was the perfect size great space and location. We had local family and had room to play cards while enjoying the view. Loved direct access to beach. The Location between Melbourne and Coaco Beach is perfect. This is an ideal place to stay with family.

We were pleased that the property was clean as presented and the description was fairly accurate. The unit was well stocked with supplies. They went as far as having beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for our use. There was an abundance of paper products, coffee, and even included tampons! The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking and cleaning items.Checking in and out was both easy and straight-forward.We enjoyed both the location and this particular unit and would think about returning in the future.

A wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view from the balcony was really nice and access to the beach was very easy. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. This is a place we would definitely book in the future.
