Emplacement ideal !

Les plus de cette location : Petite maisonnette située à 50m du port. Au calme au fond d'une impasse. Une place de parking réservée avec le logement. La praticité des commodités sur place (bbq, tv, kitchenette, lave-linge et une remise extérieure ranger le matériel de plage). La salle de bain refaite et moderne. Les inconvénients : Mitoyenneté un peu étouffante, un voisin à gauche et un voisin à droite. Terasse en decripitude, le dallage à bouger la table de jardin est donc difficile à caler. Il y a un point d'eau sur la terrasse dehors mais aucune évacuation donc une marre d'eau stagnante si vous rincer vos affaires de plage... L'état général de la maison est bon mais la deco est un peu vieillotte. Un bon coup de rafraîchissement serait à prévoir. La kitchenette est hors d'âge, il n'y a pas de hotte, les meubles de 30 ans sont au bout....les meubles de rangements et d'appoints semblent de la recup' Bref je mets 4 étoiles car l'emplacement est parfait et le confort global du logement est correct mais çà sent un peu le plan immo hyper amortie et bien rentable cette maisonnette.
