fonctionnel ,mais ne convient pas pour des enfants en bas Age escalier très pentu garde corps pas au norme et pas de main courante pour se tenir un enfant peut tomber par le coté.au sujet de l'extérieur sur les photos vous avez un coin jardin avec herbe c'est faut ,la ou le propriétaire a mis des cailloux , pour notre chat on avait opté ce logement ,on a été déçu de ce désagrément

Séjour agréable proche du sentier côtier

Tranquillité dans la résidence à la Toussaint. Maison, petite surface mais très fonctionnelle, cocooning, bien rénovée, moderne. Séjour très agréable avec la plage st Jacques à 200m, puis le port à 10min à pied. De bonnes balades à faire de la maison.
