The house was gorgeous, spacious, very clean, well-maintained and well-supplied! Large bedrooms, bathrooms and showers, with great storage that made it easy to keep ourselves organized. Ample seating inside and outside, with nice touches such as an outdoor shower and bathroom access. The heated pool made a huge difference in being able to spend time lounging and chatting in it while enjoying the amazing view. We loved the location: the view of the beaches and Coco Bay from the decks, bedrooms and infinity pool was a highlight. We enjoyed the serenity of being away from the noise and bustle of the streets, yet only a few minutes drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. We even got to watch and hear monkeys in the trees beside the house! A steep driveway was the only small negative to the location, but the views this created from being higher up made it very worthwhile, and our rented cars had no problems with it.Clear instructions were provided for arrival, entry, the safe, grill, speaker system, etc. The property manager always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. They provided great information and organized car service, restaurant advice and reservations, etc.We would all love to stay at Villa Vida Moderna again!

The home was great, communication and the response of any issues were handled expeditiously. They were always kind and provided answers to any questions that were asked of them. Property could stand to purchase a new sofa for the living room as it is pretty worn, paint off the wall in master bathroom was chipped and should be painted.

Nature-filled luxury!

This vacation was absolutely unforgettable! The home is even more stunning than the photos—modern, spacious, and perched high with sweeping ocean views from every room including the bathrooms that took our breath away every single day. From the sleek design to the gorgeous infinity pool and luxurious amenities, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom felt like a private sanctuary, and the open-concept living spaces made us feel immersed in nature.One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife right outside our door—we woke up to the sounds of colorful birds, spotted monkeys swinging through the trees, and were surrounded by beautiful butterflies throughout the property. It truly felt like paradise.What made this trip even more special was the outstanding service from Rich Coast Vacations. Their team took care of everything, from arranging our private driver (who was friendly and reliable), to scheduling personal chefs who cooked us fresh, delicious meals. They also booked a dinner at the nearby castle. They set up WhatsApp so they have instant contact for anything!One note for future guests—the driveway is very steep, and not all vans can make it to the top. We had to walk our luggage up the hill upon arrival, which was a bit of a challenge, but absolutely worth it once we stepped inside the villa.If you’re looking for a luxurious, nature-filled escape with exceptional service, Villa Vida Moderna with Rich Coast Vacations!

Amazing Trip

House was everything promised and more. Beautiful, modern, very well equipped. Checkin/out simple. House manager was very responsive and helpful with our trip. 3 adult couple with room for a 4th. Will be back!!!!

Perfection in Paradise

Vacation of a lifetime made to feel like a white glove 5 star bespoke concierge experience thanks to the instantaneous and anticipatory service from Rich Coast Vacations! The property itself was beyond expectations and stunning in every respect. Equipped beyond every possible need, spotless and surreal. A gem. Would return. Rich Coast made the additional experiences we added (tours for snorkelling, zip lining, jingle water slides, sloths, rainforest and waterfall swims) sensational. For any minor items that needed attention, the team was just a WhatsApp message away, day or night. Incredible.

Wonderful House!

We travelled with 8 friends and found the house spacious, comfortable with many social places inside and out. The view is spectacular from each room! The kitchen was well equipped, each bathroom had a large shower and double sinks. There was one major downside, the pool was too cold to swim in. We used a meat thermometer to check the temperature and it was 71 degrees. It impacted the time we spent at the house. The pool and outside patio were in the shade the entire day. We contacted the property company but they said the pool did not have a heater. There was a console that said there was a pool heater so we weren't sure if this was true. Either way, it was hugely disappointing. We used the beach club which was very nice and convenient but we wanted to stay and swim at the house. Despite this, we would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house and location. If a pool is important, keep the temperature in mind. One more thing, the driveway is very steep. We'd recommend planning your car rental to accommodate. The car we rented quit half way up the driveway. We finally got the hang of it with less people in the car. We walked up vs driving. Good exercise but not much fun with sandy feet in your sandals!

Impressive!

When you walk into this house, starting with the front door (now I want a big door at my own house), everything is impressive. That view….incredible!!! All the showers have ocean views. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful! The kitchen is top notch!! We really didn’t even have time to thoroughly enjoy everything about the house. The photos in the listing are absolutely accurate. We always felt safe, but the gate and security system were a bonus. Car rental was a breeze! We always use Adobe anyway, but they definitely treated us right. We always hate to leave Costa Rica, but we absolutely hated to leave this house!

Ultra Modern Living

This is a new home with all the bell and whistles. Over the top view of Coco Bay. Gated community. Private Beach Club with wonderful restaurant, pool, bar, tennis and pickle ball courts. In one word impressive!
