The Host Nikki is quick to respond to questions, and the process of checking in and out was smooth and went without issues. We were a bit disappointed by some things that seemed to be missing or different from the online listing; namely that the king bed was two smaller mattresses pushed together, and there were some aspects that were not as clean as we would hope.
