Just steps from East Rec Park. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your home cooked meals. The space has been thoughtfully updated with fresh paint, central air conditioning, hardwood floors throughout, and a brand new all in one washer and dryer unit. Both bedrooms are generously sized: One with a king bed, one with a Full size bed. Each includes a new plush mattress, smart TV, dresser, and ample closet space. In addition, there is a pull out couch in the living room. Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced backyard, complete with a fire pit, Weber gas grill, and outdoor seating.

Pet friendly, 2 Bikes, Tennis/pickle ball rackets, beach umbrella, chairs, coolers available for use during your stay. Pack and play and high chair available if needed.
