This was one of the most dirty places I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures were very deceiving. Terrible terrible room. Bugs in the room too

The first two rooms I was offered were filthy dirty. The third was acceptable but shabby. The staff was nice, but I cannot recommend the place.

When we arrived the elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. The entire staircase smelt like weed and urine, when getting to the 3rd floor there was a guy who was the source of the foul smell, with a bicycle, on the phone In the stairwell making it hard to get by. The room was not ready (no linens, dirty ones on the ground and broken glasses on bed). Given a new room on first floor. When going to bed noticed sheets were stained. In the morning there was supposed to be breakfast and by 9:00 there was only coffee and pancakes, not sure if the cook didn’t show but nobody or signs saying why breakfast wasn’t available when we were told it was between 7-10. The property was just not clean and quite sketchy.

I’ve stayed at several La Quinta hotels but this one was definitely not on the same level of expectations. I found a dirty washcloth on the shower rod and two light bulbs that were burned out when I went into the room. I reported them to the front desk and the bulbs were changed. I also found out that there was no maid service because of Covid-19 so my towels and garbage were not removed. I would not recommend this hotel especially when it cost me $200

I had to check out and leave to another hotel . The room smells horrible, the beds was dirty sheets stain with urine and hair on the bed . It was a terrible experience will never use this hotels chain again

I would not recommend this place to anyone. For a two night stay, I ended up having to be changed out of my room three times. The staff knowingly put me in non functional rooms. The first room was dirty, the A/C was broken and the TV wouldn't turn on. The second room was dirty with bugs and didn't have any trash containers, toiletries, or a couch to sit on. And the last room I was moved to, I was just glad it was clean. I am very disappointed with this hotel and won't go back.
