Go to a hotel.

Room was fine. Photo of pool is misleading: it’s really only long enough for maybe two strokes. Problem is entry: emailed instructions only in Portuguese, and chat support was wholly incapable of assisting. Took me one hour to finally receive instructions. One afternoon three separate parties lined up outside each trying to get their front door access codes to work. Will avoid Charlies from now on. Room fine but not worth the hassles.

As roupas de cama estavam com sujeira que parecia com sangue, e a parte da frente da cama parecia muito velho e com sujo também. Foram as coisas que mais me encomodaram, pelo valor das diárias, esperava o ambiente limpinho.

Precisam melhorar

O quarto e a localização são boas. Mas alguns pontos nos deram problemas. Tais como loguin e senha pra entrar no prédio e facial não funcionaram em nenhum dos 4 dias que estavamos hospedados. Nisso precisavamos da confirmação da portaria diariamente o que nos atrapalhava. O chuveiro somente gelado. Entramos em contato mas não resolveram. O canal para contato é extremamente demorado. No geral a localização é boa e o quarto atende bem!

Bom, mas com ressalvas.

O apartamento é bacana, bem equipado. Contudo, a limpeza não é das melhores não. Cheguei e não havia energia elétrica em meu apartamento. O disjuntor estava desligado. A geladeira não funcionou. Além disso, a questão da abertura por id e senha na portaria, não é bacana. Teve um dia que o sistema reiniciou e fiquei mais de 5 minutos do lado de fora esperando.

Pra chegar no apt foi uma viagem de 1:30, é na zona sul, um lugar bem bonito, antes de chegar, eles me mandaram uma mensagem de como entrar no condomínio, foi um pouquinho complicado, tinha até gente (estrangeiros) com dificuldades, entrei no apt, achei bem pequeno, mas foi de boa pra duas pessoas, eletrodomésticos de ótima qualidade, só achei o chuveiro "sujo" e gelado, não é chuveiro q esquenta mt (pessoas q gostam de tomar banho gelado, ta aprovado! Eu não gosto, gosto de banho quente, pra deixar uma temperatura pra "quente" eu tinha q ligar bem pouco o chuveiro, quase q desligando) cama DURA, eu odiei a cama e os travesseiros, travesseiro msm coisa de nada, cama dura dura, achei a cama péssima, tava morrendo de dor nas costas (por causa fo peso, eu só queria uma cama macia e aconchegante;-; a tv da pra girar pra cama e pra "sala" tive bastante dificuldade pra fzr a tv parar de girar, tv com bastante coisa pra assistir, tinha HBO aberto (perfil de alguém) YouTube liberado (Premium, perfil de alguém tbm) fiquei triste q tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha, uma caneca media, é uma panela pequena (deu pra fzr um arroz) eu queria forma pra usar o forno, mas não tinha, ainda bem q eu tinha trazido de casa, uma vista bem bonita da varanda, não vimos mt coisa no hotel, nem chegamos ver/entrar na piscina, ar-condicionado, funciona bem, elevador funciona tranquilo, mesa com uma cadeira, pra duas pessoas??! cadeira soltou um parafuso (do nd) mas eu coloquei de volta

Apartamente pequeno, porem satisfstorio. Cama confortavel e varanda agradavel. Senti falta de atencao em alguns detalhes, como o chuveiro manchado, durepox mal colocado na porta da varanda e a falta de algumas coisas simples que nao interfeririam no valor da diaria, como uma garrafa de agua na geladeira e detergente na pia. No demais, decorar as senhas leva tempo e as vezes ficar do lado de fora com o celular na mao nao é tranquilo dependendo do horário.
