Sistema moderno de cadastro: Com CPF sistema busca todos os dados no .gov. Pratos executivos com ótimo preço (32 a 38) e deliciosos e bem servidos. Time dos funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. SUJESTÕES PROATIVAS: Cardápio mais completo (não tinha opção com massas e nem lanches). Interligação do comando dos elevadores, hoje são independentes: chama os 2 e vem os 2. Assim gasto de até 50% a mais de energia elétrica. Banheiro não tem janela externa. Deveria ser providenciado exaustão mecânica para saída dos odores. Revitalização geral: pinturas externas, verniz nas mesas de madeira, metais dos BWCs, etc..

Hotel muito antigo , muitas coisas a serem renovadas(móveis , infra, acabamentos ) piscina no dia que chegamos água estava verde com algas porém no dia que saímos já estava ok, café da manhã como havia somente uma pessoa de reposição faltava com frequência reposições . Os quartos são limpos mas as áreas comuns deixam muito a desejar na limpeza, percebe-se uma falta de cuidado com os detalhes. Café da manhã e restaurante excelentes. Piscina estava sendo utilizada para aula de natação então tínhamos que ficar apenas em uma área da mesma ( muito desagradável).

Cardápio é péssimo, teias de aranha no quarto, cheiro de bolor, piscina é destinada a alunos da cidade, quando entramos na piscina a instrutora fica informando que a prioridade é das crianças, internet é péssima, está assistindo filma,cai e não volta com tempo hábil... infelizmente, não voto mais e nem recomendo, pois na hora de pagar a conta, é horrível ver vários hospedes reclamando... é nos oferecido formulários para assentar a reclamação, com certeza é amassado e jogado fora... como disse, não voto mais e nem recomendo.
