Only 7 km from Saint Florent, located in the hamlet of Casta, in a dead-end street, this beautiful holiday home offers peace and serenity with a panoramic view of the mountain.

Accommodation
The house of 98m², on one level, can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is arranged as follows

- A beautiful and bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge, a convivial dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee machines)
- A first Queen size bedroom (bed 160), dressing room and its bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC.
- A second Queen size bedroom
- A third bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined to make a double bed of 160)
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC

Outside
Take advantage of the shaded terrace to taste the excellent local products, admire the view of the Agriate desert or simply relax.
You can cool off in the swimming pool (private - with electric safety shutter), heated, without adding chlorine (electrolysis treatment).
Finally, you can keep an eye on your barbecue while continuing your game of pétanque.

The garden is enclosed. The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, under favourable weather conditions.

Surroundings
At the foot of the Agriates desert, hiking enthusiasts will be delighted. There are many starting points, notably the customs path, around the villa.

The privileged location of Casta allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while having easy access to amenities (bakeries, restaurants, beaches, port, supermarket, doctors and pharmacies ...) and many activities:
- Casta: 4x4 excursions in the Agriate desert, access to the beach of Saleccia.
- Saint-Florent : come and swim, stroll along the port, choose your next excursion at sea or enjoy the many restaurants. Saint Florent is a very active town with many summer activities (concerts, open-air cinema, etc.)

- Beaches of Saleccia and Lotu: among the most beautiful beaches of Corsica (3h30 walk from the track to Saleccia).
- Cap Corse: Genoese towers, American houses, "maquis and sea" paths, wild beaches, improbable creeks and exceptional villages... This cape is a summary of the whole of Corsica.
- Wine route and AOP Patrimonio vineyard: meet these passionate winegrowers, who represent three of the most beautiful AOP wines of Corsica: the AOP Corse Coteaux du Cap Corse, the AOP Muscat-du-Cap-Corse and the AOP Patrimonio.
- Nautical activities: Sailing club, motorboat and sailboat hire, water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, parasailing etc...)

Transport
The car is strongly recommended. Parking spaces next to the house.
Nearby, you will find a 4*4 rental company for your trips.

Other remarks
- A concierge will be waiting for you at your arrival and will be present for your departure.
- The air conditioning (reversible) is located in the living room.
- The end of stay cleaning is included in the final price (250€ inside and outside - pool maintenance). However, we ask you to leave the kitchen area (appliances and kitchen utensils) clean at your departure. A supplement could be asked to you if the accommodation was made abnormally dirty.
- Bed linen and towels included in final price (€18/person)
