Santa Teresa Gallura, on the north coast of Sardinia, is a popular tourist destination. This airy apartment, with panoramic sea views, is on the first floor of a modern residence which is right on the coast, with a footpath leading down to the sea. However, it is also close to the town centre with its cafés and shops. It is an excellent base for a fun-filled holiday for friends or family.

The first-floor apartment sleeps 4 people. The open-plan living space is on the corner of the residence and enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views over the sea. The living area is furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV. It also includes a dining area and a modern kitchenette. This is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine.

Guests also have the use of a large, outdoor swimming pool as well as sun loungers where you can relax after a refreshing swim. There is also a large communal garden.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, which looks out over the coastline, has a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a single bed in this room which is suitable for a child.
Bedroom 2: This corner bedroom also has glorious sea views. The room has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.

Casa Alma is close to the town centre but only a 10-minute walk from Rena Bianca beach, famous for its fine white sand and pristine sea. There are several diving centres close by so that you can appreciate the clean waters and excellent visibility.

The port of Santa Teresa Gallura is just a 15-minute walk from the residence. Here you can catch a boat to Corsica or the wonderful archipelago of the island of La Maddalena. In the other direction, the headland from Punta Bechi to Punta Falcone makes a delightful route for a stroll. Here visitors can appreciate the natural beauty of their surroundings.

For self-catering, the Thursday farmers market on Via Tibula and Via Nazionale is a must.

Olbia airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away.

The biggest disaster!!!

As soon as we arrived, it still stank of toilet waste and it smelled like that the whole week, it was awful. The apartment was so dirty. It was as if no one had been there for months. The cupboards stank of mold. The bed was dirty and rusty. Brown sand came out of the taps in the bathroom and kitchen and if you tried to turn the tap on, it flew off. And the water splashed everywhere. The kitchen was completely dirty and there were greasy traces of the last occupants everywhere. The whole fridge was moldy and just disgusting. The temperature was over 37 degrees and the remote control for the air conditioning didn't work. When I called the lady who looked after us, she just said I don't have time, I'm traveling with my father and can only take care of it in two days. She didn't care that the temperature in the apartment was over 40 degrees because the sun was shining through the windows the whole time. After searching for hours, I took the remote control to an electrical store and they were able to repair it there. I paid the costs and never got it back!!! The apartment is a horror, I can only advise everyone against it! The only thing that was really good was the location to the city center and the view of the sea!
