This beautiful new built luxury carriage house is the perfect getaway to live that 30A lifestyle. Come stay in La Casa Luna and experience the perfect vacation for a couples retreat or group of 4.

The carriage house is an open concept floor plan and has it all, with a brand new tempurpedic king size bed, a queen pull out sleeper sofa, stainless steel appliances and seating for 3 at the kitchen island. This luxury carriage house has vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and full use of high end washer and dryer.
Stay in and cook in the gourmet appointed kitchen or you are a quick walk to plenty of restaurants and nightlife.

THE BEDROOM
- This is an open concept carriage house so there is no walls between the king bed and the living room and the kitchen. Large mounted flatscreen so guests sleeping in the living room can also watch TV.

THE LIVING ROOM
- Enjoy extra space with this brand new Queen pull out sofa - Extra bedding is provided.

THE KITCHEN
- Gourmet appointed kitchen with island seating for 4. Brand new appliances and dishwasher. Comes with a drip coffee maker and a french press. Coffee filters are provided.

THE BATHROOM
- High end bathroom with beautiful quartz tile throughout. Has a shower/tub combo with private locking door.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM
- High end stacked washer and dryer in a separate walk in closet that can also be used as a changing room.

AMENITIES
- Each reservation will be provided with travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom will have a bar of hand soap along with a shower bar soap. We also provide two packs of laundry detergent, and for the kitchen we provide a sponge, two dishwasher tablets, and one hand soap.

Each reservation will have fresh towels and linens. The master bed will always be made with high quality linens and the pull out sofa will have a basket of linens to be made per reservation by the guest as needed.

PETS
- We do allow approved pets only with a $250 non refundable pet fee PER pet. We will collect this fee upon arrival and meet each pet. If your pet causes damage beyond the $250, we will charge accordingly after each inspection of the carriage house. No cats allowed.

PARKING
- You will have your own parking space at the carriage house. No parking down at the main house. Parking for up to 3 cars.

THE BEACH
- The closest beach access is a public access called Blue Mountain Beach. Please feel free to google this from Sky High Dune Drive. You are about a 10 minute walk to the main beach path.

The five star reviews were ok correct. The owner was extremely quick to respond to a minor issue we had with the fire alarm beeping and in less than 20 mins the issue was resolved. Location is an easy walk to several good restaurants, a great coffee shop and of course the beach. Also very neat how the property sits at one of the highest spots along the coast. Five stars.

Clean and well stocked rental. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was a little tricky, (we had our truck and golf cart rental) there was a trailer, truck, and sometimes a jeep that made it difficult at times to pull in and out of the parking pad.

This carriage house was perfect for our short family vacay! The place was clean, in a great little neighborhood and close to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the needed essentials to cook daily meals, the bed was so comfy and the owners provided mini toiletries to start with! The Perfect Blue Mountain Stay
This home is one of our favorites we have rented. The location is amazing at the end of a quite cul-de-sac with the friendliest neighbors. Our dog loved walking the neighborhood and walking to dinner with us every night as well. The home is perfect itself with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed which is very important after long beach days! We are already booking our next trip to stay here again!

Perfect place for a couple!
This carriage house is the perfect place for a couple who just wants a nice place to stay on vacation. Great location with easy beach access. Definitely grab a bicycle or two if you want a really easy way to get to the beach! Perfect sized kitchen to do some cooking and get some work done at the island. We loved having access to a washer and dryer too! Well-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!
