Situado en Seagrove Beach, junto a la playa Villas es una de las muchas joyas ocultas en las playas de South Walton. Este condominio recientemente actualizada se encuentra cerca de una de las 2 piscinas en el complejo y sólo unos pasos de la azucarada, las arenas blancas de la playa! El complejo también cuenta con pistas de tenis y juego de tejo y una casa club que es capaz de ser reservado para funciones de grupo.

Seagrove Beach está "en el medio de todo" que Escénica 30A tiene que ofrecer! Por supuesto, las hermosas playas son la atracción principal, pero Seagrove también es el hogar de 2 lagos de dunas costeras (Lago del Este y Deer Lake) que son perfectas para practicar kayak, remo de embarque, y eco-sploring. Great week at the beach!

4 adults, 7 beautiful days at the beach. Condo was perfect, clean and well maintained. First floor was fabulous- no stairs. The walk to the beach was longer than expected but there was a complimentary shuttle that ran until 4. Check in was a little late, 5pm. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and Tupperware, but no spices at all.

Great week at the beach

Condo was great, clean, nice layout and private balcony. Could have had a few spices to cook with, but overall perfect spot. Tram to the beach was helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Average, but lacking.

While the location was good and the property and unit were clean, the rental unit is in need of improvements. The primary bedroom bath needs updating and a new vanity - there is no place to put toiletries and the vanity itself is uncomfortably too low. The kitchen lacked several things. There was only one kitchen towel and dishcloth for the week-I called for more. We were only given one garbage bag for the week-I called for more. There were no hot mitts for the oven-I called for some. I have never stayed in a rental for a week that did not provide you with some (limited) laundry and dishwasher detergent-there was none. The pans were very old and in need of replacing. I got no sleep one night because the 2nd floor unit had some kind of leak and they ran commercial fans and humidifiers all night. I didn't mind the walk so much to the beach access, and the area was nice. There is another boardwalk access to the beach from the complex, but you will be asked to leave if you try and sit anywhere in that area (at least until legislation changes that and the beaches are 'open' again and not private). This unit has a first floor fenced patio which was great for my dog, and is located right next to the pool which was nice. Updates to the kitchen/bath in this unit will go a long way, as well as providing more supplies.

Great location

Close to the beach, pool, Old Florida Fish House. Our only complaint was that you could hear every step of the people above us. It sounded like their were kids constantly running around up there. I doubt that is normal though. It didn't keep us from sleeping and we had a great trip!

VRBO fee was not clear when booking reservation

Condo was nice and as advertised. The total charges including fees and taxes were not accurately listed when making the reservation. The initial confirmation indicated the VRBO service fee was included in the total, but it was not and an additional $154 was unexpectedly charged to our credit card.

Much better than expected

This was a “second choice” almost last minute rental because the property we wanted to rent had a water leak so the owner had to cancel the booking. After booking this condo and reading some negative reviews I was a bit hesitant about the place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, didn’t have any issues however the condo needs a little bit of TLC or some updating. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need which was a plus. As we brought our bikes we definitely loved the larger size patio for storage. Even though this condo was in the farthest building in the complex from the beach you didn’t have to cross 30A just walk through the parking lot to the boardwalk. The only negative thing was that we weren’t prepared for the upstairs neighbors who woke us up every morning with their stomping around at 6:30am or at 5:30am on Christmas morning. We will keep that in mind for next time when booking a place.

Quiet Location; Needs some updates

We love this new-found location near Eastern Lake. Although this unit is the furthest walk from the beach, it was a easy 5 minutes through safe parkling lots. Somehow I missed this in the information when I was booking: these condos use a Public Beach, which was more crowded than I hoped but managable especially outside of 11-4. When you get down to the sand, you can't really go to the left because another condo uses that real estate. Several houses are under construction in the area, too, and when they're ready I'm not sure how much room there will be for Beachside guests. The unit itself is small -- I can't imagine 4 adults being comfortable -- but worked for our family of 3 (8 y.o). The furnishings were all quite old and low quality - even for a rental. The chairs for the dining table were hazardous until we figured out how to sit on them and the glass table top could be a problem for younger kids. I brought my own induction burner and favorite pan based on another review of the kithen tools and was pleasantly surprised to find that they would have met our needs. We had no troubles with the dryer or AC, also mentioned in another post. The king bed was uncomfortable and noisy if you toss and turn. Pack your own dish detergent or paper plates: some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The dishwasher worked well. It was also handy to bring a Roku because the cable channels were hard to navigate. We did not use the pools or other common activities. If you like to use Shpit or another grocery service, the first delivery was 14 hours late. Overall I would return to this complex but perhaps not this specific condo until there are some upgrades.

Renovations are needed ASAP

This property was very clean and quiet. 5 min-walk to the beach, which is BEAUTIFUL. The property needs renovations ASAP. Kitchen appliances are old. The dishwasher door would not lock and we had to call maintenance twice in our 4-night stay to make it work. Washer and dryer work but they are very old and clunky. Pots and pans are old. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely come back to this area but will not stay at this specific unit again.

Sand dune hideaway

Loved this unit. Secluded while yet close to everything. Private yard outside the porch. Sand dunes just over the fence. Beach access is about 100 yards away. No large crowds even on Labor Day. Unit was clean, well furnished, even had a welcome bottle of wine waiting. Everything one would need was in this unit. Easy access through electronic lock and communication. Trust me, stay here and love! We always rent a golf cart from Reef Beach Services and park the car for our entire stay. Ask for Logan. And they deliver!
