This professionally decorated second floor pool side condo features newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with fresh quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, 10-foot ceilings and travertine marble floors. The living room furniture was designed to bring the calmness of the beach indoors. Comfort was a top priority for the condo furniture - plenty of lounging pieces so that you can put your feet up at the end of a great day at the beach.

Ideal for small or large groups this condo has it all! The dining room table seats 8, plus 4 additional seats at the bar counter if you like to entertain. Enjoy beautiful evenings eating or relaxing on the large balcony that overlooks the main central pool and hot tub. Balcony has a table for 8 plus 2 lounge chairs and has a great evening view of the lighted fountain.

The master suite overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed with balcony access. The master bath has a dual-head shower and whirlpool tub.

There are 2 other bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and the other w/ 2 full-size beds to accommodate teens or adults. There is also a bunk room with two twin beds for the kids if additional sleeping space is needed.

FUN ACTIVITIES!! You won't get tired of walking on the sugary white sand beaches hunting for shells or marveling at the spectacular sunsets. But if you want to venture out there are some great family things to do:
-visit the other quaint beach towns along 30A (Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary etc. )
-rent bike and enjoy the 18 mile bike/walking path
-Horseback riding through Mt Washington National Park
-Golf at nearby championship quality courses
-Deep sea fishing
-Putt-Putt Golf, Go-Carts, Baytowne Wharf
-Shop till you drop at Outlet Malls in Destin (15 min. drive) or in the boutique shops along 30A
