Definitely stay

I spent 5 days and 4 nights with my family in this big beautiful house. The accommodations were beyond my expectations. The management company was quick with responses to every need my family and I had. We traveled with small children and they made sure everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed! Only issue was the wasp nest. My brother was stung. He is ok now. But they were very apologetic and assured us that they would handle it for the next guests to come.

Everything you need!

This property worked out great for our family. We had plenty of space and did not feel cramped at all. It was great to have en suite bathrooms in all the rooms!

Good times on 30A!

Great property! Perfect for our party of 21 with lots of amenities for cooking and playing. The golf carts were awesome for getting the crew to the beach easily. Beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The whole process was very easy and went smoothly. Everyone was pleased with the stay.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at this property for a work retreat. We had 20 adults and had plenty of room for all employees to have their own bed. Everything about this property was perfect and even more beautiful in person. The communication was amazing and they were able to answer all the questions we had. Our team really enjoyed the use of golf carts, pool (which we had heated) and the games upstairs and downstairs. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for a great week!

The place to stay on 30a.

This property was an outstanding choice. Plenty of rooms and sleeping space, the game room was outstanding for family activities. The golf carts were spot on point. Heated swimming pool with and outdoor kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Everything was clean and very well kept. Basically i can write a ad for this property, but im a customer and all of our expectations were met. The management is the absolute best. One call away even on thanksgiving day. Great, Great stay. JK and family.

Perfect location for a combined bachelorette & bachelor weekend

This was a perfect spot for our combined bachelorette/bachelor party weekend. We had 23 guest and all had their own bed. Loved that each room had it's own bathroom as well - made getting ready to go out so much easier! We didn't really utilize the kitchen much in our short stay, but it looked like all the cabinets were stocked with everything you could need for a long weekend or week-long stay at the house. My only negative comment was that there is a very strict 10pm quiet hour enforced for the pool.... we received a noise complaint at exactly 10pm the first night we were there as we were cleaning up the pool area to head inside. This was a Thursday night, so I'm not sure if those hours are also enforced on the weekends, but something to take note of if you're thinking of booking for an adult-only stay. Aside from that, the property manager was very responsive and made sure the place was perfect for us! We will definitely be keeping this on our radar for our next family trip to Florida, since it has everything and more that we would need!

Loved it!

We loved this property. All rooms, pillows, beds, etc were very comfy & cozy which is important to all of us. We had 6 families staying and never once felt like the space was not big enough for all of us. Conveniently located to public beaches to access on golf carts. We did have to rent another GC to accommodate all of us but the company delivered& picked up for us and it was very convenient. The play room is great for kids & we loved it was on the bottom floor. The swimming pool was wonderful & the gate around it was AMAZING to keep the little kids from going in without an adult with them! Candice (the person I communicated with) was WAY beyond helpful in so many ways. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the sandstone was awesome! 28 of us stayed in the house and it never felt too crowded. The layout of the house was awesome! Communication was quick with the property company. The proximity to the beach was great! The pool was a little smaller than we thought and there really isn’t a shallow end for small kids, but the pool was very clean! Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

The house was great! Fit our group perfectly. Very clean and all rooms as advertised. Owners rep is very easy to work with and very responsive. The neighborhood is very strict on quiet time which is fine, but they also seem to watching and judging all day.

An unforgettable stay! We’ll be back next year!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at this property on 30A and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped into the property, I was impressed by the spacious and well-designed interior. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family beach trip. As soon as you enter the property, you're greeted by a large, open-concept gaming room area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and plenty of natural light. The multiple kitchens were a highlight for me, it was fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, This allowed us to prepare meals for our large family with ease. The bedrooms were all tastefully decorated and provided the perfect amount of privacy for each family member with each having its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and cozy. The bathrooms were also updated and provided ample space for getting ready in the morning. One of the best features of this property was the outdoor space. The large deck had plenty of seating making it the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the state park and gulf. The private pool was a big hit with the kids and provided hours of fun. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk to the white sand beaches of 30A and the emerald green waters of the Gulf. There were plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options nearby, making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this property on 30A. The updated features and amenities made for a comfortable and memorable family beach trip, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great Family Spot

I will say our family was apprehensive on booking this property based on some past reviews, however, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the owner took to heart past complaints to make this property a great family vacation along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. I was blown away by the recent improvements to the pool, cabana bar, and numerous bathrooms. The pool area now boasts a sleek modern design with comfortable lounge chairs. I was able to make homemade cocktails and serve snacks to the family from the Cabana. My wife really appreciated the updated bathroom and its cleanliness. The combination of comfortable accommodations, stunning views, and top-notch amenities make it the perfect destination for families, couples, or groups of friends. I look forward to my next stay with more family members joining me.

We enjoyed our stay, the people before us had apparently left it in bad condition. The cleaning crew did their best. The layout is for Str’s, with outside access to the upstairs. We enjoyed our stay. The location was good, not as close to the ocean as I thought, but there were 2, 6 seat carts to get there.

Great place for family vacay

We loved it. There were just a couple of things that could have been up dated. The margarita machine didn’t have a plug that it worked in. Only one towel per person, several bulbs were out. The light in the pool seems to be out as well. Otherwise a great stay! We had the best time!
