Amazing condo, very clean and comfortable. Love proximity to beach, pool and dining. Shunk gulley and Perfect Pig were our go to places! The bonfire was fun! Would rent again.

This condo is amazing!

So close to the beach and restaurants. We basically ate every meal but breakfast at chunk gulley. Very clean and comfortable. Beach Girls gave my husband a birthday cake and balloons. They also held a bonfire 2 nights while we were there, very enjoyable evenings. We are planning 2 weeks in January to return!

First time! Beyond expectations.

4 night trip to the beach was over way to quick! First time to 30a and my daughters are ready to call it their forever home. Thank you for a great experience we are still talking about the amazing bonfire night. We can't wait to return.

Perfect and just what we wanted!!

This property was amazing. So many things to do and of course so close to the beach with private beach access. There are so many fun spots just outside for eating and shopping. Condo was very clean, beds comfortable and linens beautiful. The towels were fluffy and not cheap like a lot of beach rentals we've experienced. Management communicated great. All of the staff was friendly and easy to work with. We will book again!

Beautiful condo, beds were ideal, linens soft, towels thirsty. Kitchen very well stocked, furniture comfortable. Condo immaculate and clean. Beach gorgeous! Weather perfect. The included bonfire was FUN! Great meeting Hollie and Daisy. Walking distance to everything I never drove my car. This was the ideal vacation. We will be back for fall.

Book this dream home with this 5 star service company 30a beach girls!

One of a kind home, breathtaking. Very unique home with unbeatable views. Fast communication with smooth check in and out. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Loved the location, the free bonfire was our best night. Hollie arranged 2 chefs for us and our pontoon rental. She had arranged for our airport transportation, imagine our surprise when we realized it was her driving us! We couldn't have wished for anything else except more time.

Loved the condo and 30a beach girls

Condo was a dream. 30a beach girls were wonderful and spoiled us with a welcome box and bonfire. Rest of the trip sucked due to all the teenagers running wild. The mirror on my husbands truck was ripped off and thrown in the back.

Excellent place to stay enjoy the two weeks. We were there one very small flaw the furniture on the balcony barstools very uncomfortable also very dangerous. If a child would get on the stool our table they would go right over the edge. Don’t think anybody thought about that so we brought our beach chairs brought them out there and that way we were able to sit and be comfortable other than that the place was great

Best condo we have ever rented.

Best ever 30A rental ever! condo is well equipped and comfortable. Upscale linens. The dreamy towels were perfect after a shower. 30a beach girls and everyone I worked with is fabulous and very attentive to their guests. The included bonfire night was epic. We had so much fun. Great treats, music and games. We took so many pictures. We will absolutely be back again and again! All that was missing was turn down service.... we will totally add that next time.

Great location, perfect for family getaway.

Property manager responds within minutes. House was clean and maintained. There is sufficient privacy when needed, but room for all to gather in the living area. Walking distance to beach and everything you want to see and do. Perfect for a family get together with many extras. We will be back.

We had a great fun time for the adults and the kids. The property and area has everything one can ask for- so many activities and amenities, the kids enjoyed every minute of it. It was a great way to end the summer before the kids are ready to go back to school.

We went with our extended family and had 3 units rented . It worked out great and we would definitely come back. This condo was the nicest of the 3 we rented and everyone preferred to hang with us, one of the units rented from another company vacasa had to be recleaned and they didn't come to do it until day 2. Great location close to the beach. Must eat at Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulleys. Live music was also incredible. 30a Beach Girls is fantastic at communication, providing a clean condo and giving you area recommendations. Recommend
