Everything was just as advertised. We had very good access to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops within biking and walking distance. Bike rentals were on property. The rooms and configuration of the unit was perfect for our group.

Great Vacay!

We had the absolute best time for fall break. The condo was so cute, clean, and cozy. The location was great, close to anything that you would want to do. The owners were so easy to work with and responded quickly to questions/concerns. Looking forward to staying again!

The location is great for shopping and close to restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool being close to the condo since the heat index was so high this trip. The living room and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The code for the lock didn’t work but Eric answered right away and took care of us and followed up to make sure everything was good. We like the balcony being on the end facing the beach with a pretty view. Parking was easy as well. There is a bike rental right next to the condo

Awesome beach condo!

Had a wonderful weekend here! Condo itself is nice and very comfortable, and location is perfect- basically right on the beach, and close to good stuff on 30a (although because of the pandemic, about all we did was get takeout from restaurants). Owners were also extremely responsive and flexible! Would stay here again!

Great beach vacation spot!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation here. Condo was clean and cozy with cute decor! Quick response from host when we had questions. This area is a little less touristy and more laid-back and was perfect for our get-away. The beach is so close and was not too crowded. We were grateful for the closet of beach toys/accessories! Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway!

Lovely place with nice view of the Gulf from the balcony. Private beach access either a very short walk or complimentary golf cart shuttle. Was perfect for little kids, as the Gulf had a shallow inlet connecting it to a lake, so the kids could wade around and we could relax. Nice community pool. Very close to restaurants and amenities. Owner very engaged from the moment we booked. Would highly recommend!

Great beach location

Spoke directly to owners prior to check in which was impressive and he helped with the booking process. Condo is steps from the beach. Great beach decor throughout. We were provided with everything we needed, could not have asked for more. There are places to walk/bike along 30A to eat and shop. Great location and the condo layout was perfect for families, we felt spread out and not cramped. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Spectacular condo with amazing views!

Seagrove Beach is my family’s favorite place to vacation and our stay at Beachside Villas was amazing! We were so impressed by the short, easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the close proximity to local restaurants. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were also very thankful for the Pack and Play that was available for our use! The owner’s are very responsive, helpful and kind. We had the most relaxing time and will be returning!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exactly as listed and the location was incredible. For our group of 5, we had plenty of space to be comfortable. It was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was one of our favorite things, and we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony each morning. Finally, the owner/host of this property was amazing! His communication went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a rental. We highly recommend this Beachside villa and hope to return for another vacation in the future!

Our stay was great. We like the beach access near the lake. We were disappointed about the decision to limit the beach access by the boardwalk to traveling only. You can no longer put you chairs down there. It is only for access to the “ wet sand” for traveling to the lake. Fortunately the trolley will get you there faster.

Fun week at the beach

The condo was very nice and looked just as described in the online description and pictures. The location is great and the beach shuttle was very quick and super easy to coordinate. The accommodations were very comfortable, especially with the ample seating in the living room. The second two bedrooms were very comfortable but the primary mattress could use on upgrade. The kitchen was well stocked, but the toaster was not working while we were there. All in all, it was a great week and we really enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful and relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is a perfect location in Seagrove with easy access to the beautiful white sand beach and Eastern lake. For those who need it, the condo complex has a golf cart to drive you down the street to drop you at the beach. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. The property was clean and nicely decorated and we slept great in the comfortable master suite bed! The condo is an easy ride to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and the downtown Seaside area. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. The owners made everything easy and seamless. We plan to visit and stay here again!

Great stay!

This property was great! It is in a condo unit in Seagrove Beach on the second floor with partial gulf views. It was very clean, comfortable, and accurate to the pictures. The proximity to the beach was awesome- such an easy, quick walk with no big stair cases to climb, which was a plus with all of our beach gear. The property is managed by the actual owners which was nice that you are not dealing with a company. They were very responsive both before our trip and during our stay. They even left a sweet gift for our little girl, which was extra thoughtful. The space would be tight for 6 adults, but was perfect for our little family. We would definitely recommend!

Last minute booking turns into a fantastic trip!

We were originally booked somewhere else but were thwarted by Hurricane Milton. We still wanted a beach vacation, so with only two days to spare I found this place was available and had good reviews. The owners were EXTREMELY responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The condo was exactly as described, and honestly was even better than I was expecting. The closet of beach toys was perfect for our family, the space was plentiful, the patio with a partial view of the ocean was beautiful, the grounds of the complex were nice and the location was perfect for us. The beach was a short walk away, there are some private beaches, but we had no issues finding a place to set up and have fun. Overall we are extremely pleased that we were able to book such a great place on such short notice, and now we want to come back!
