Apartment for 2 bedrooms with air, 2 bathrooms with hot water, spacious, bright and fresh living-dining room. A large balcony with a side view of the sea and the mountains. Kitchen with microwave, blender, coffe marker, sandwich marker, laundry-drying sector. It has 200Mg WIFI and cable TV.
There is an iron and ironing board.
The building is 15 minutes from the airport. It has direct access to the beach, with showers and foot wash at the entrance, very useful for people with motor difficulties. The building has segurity elements, cameras in the corridors, porter staff.
Guests wear identification bracelets and have a person to help them if needed. All conditioned for people with motor difficulties. The building is located next to the "Canal de las iguanas".

The aparment itself was fine, with the essentials provided. The hot showers are a nice addition. Nice spacious size and a wonderful balcony with ocean view.(May soon be less ocean view once the building next door begins). Even though it is possible to take the chairs to the beach there is no shade unless you rent the tent which we thought is quite expensive(50-60k). Maria is very good about answering questions. Unfortunately El Rodadero itself is not a very nice place because of the over crowding. Intense development has placed the infrastructure under pressure are evidenced by the daily afternoon sewer overflow onto the streets near the beach. We would not choose to visit El Rodadero again.

Excellent location

Direct access to the beach. Manager was quick to respond when issues arose. Security staff very helpful and friendly. Being able to speak Spanish would be an asset.
