Other things to note:
1) Property lies in the flight path of Santa Barbara Airport. Aircraft noise may be heard during takeoffs and landings.
2) One downstairs bedroom is accessed via the garage or a private exterior entrance, perfect for added privacy and separation.
3) For safety reasons, the property is not suitable for pets or children under 12 due to the steep ocean bluff. All minors must be supervised at all times. The property sits on a bluff with natural drop-offs and guests are asked to exercise caution near the edge at all times.
4) Events are welcome but must be approved in advance and are subject to separate pricing.
5) We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood and observe the 4-car maximum on site.
