Very clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff, very fair price for the area, although the tv channels were not the best and there was no way for me to connect hdmi from my computer like most motel6 usually have. They should really upgrade the tvs, also the ac unit had a funky pet odor smell I’m not sure about.

Front desk person was great. Dot. She’s a gem. Everything else about the stay was painful. Guests partying to literally 3 and 4 in the morning. Office couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything. They had music blaring, running and screaming. It went on all night until about 430 AM. Everyone I spoke with - we were in town for a youth sports tourney - was woken up repeatedly by them as well. In addition to not sleeping, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Cold shower. Cold pool. And something with the integration between Motel 6 and Hotels.com didn’t work so check in took close to an hour. So I had reasonable expectations for a Motel 6. I just wanted a hot shower and a place to get some sleep. It did not meet those expectations. But as I said, promote Dot at check-in. She’s the best thing this place has going in terms of warmth, empathy and professional customer service.

The woman receptionist on the 3-11 shift is a gem. She welcomed us enthusiastically, chatted with us as she processed our reservation and then offered references to restaurants and coffee shops. She gave us easy to use directions to the downtown area and made us feel glad we were there.
