gut:- Haus mit Klimaanlage, Außengrill- 2 schöne Schlafräume mit Klimaanlage Balkonmäßig:- Ein Schlafraum für 2 Personen mit Klima, aber eigentlich nur groß genug für ein Bett. schlecht:4. Schlafraum mit Doppelbett ohne Klima und gerade mal so groß wie das Bettgrößter Mangel:Im Haus herrscht ein permanenter Geruch nach Fäkalien, Ursache das Bad im OG. Der Mangel ist bekannt und wird dem Wetter zugeordnet. Auf Nachfrage bei der recht netten Nachbarin, konnte Sie so etwas aus Ihrer Wohnung nicht bestätigen.weiterhin:- warm- Duschen geht nicht, nach ca. 3-4 Minuten kaltem Wasser kommt dann ein Schwall heißes Wasser (ca. für 30Sekunden), ein Installateur sollte zwar kommen, konnte dann aber keinen Termin vereinbaren.- starker Mückenbefall, ab 17Uhr konnte man sich draußen nicht mehr aufhalten und auch im Haus kaum Schutz (überall im Haus steht zwar Insektenspray (wohl auch von unseren Vormietern), hilft aber nicht wirklich. Ursache für die übermäßig hohe Moskitodichte könnte das verwahrloste Nachbargrundstück sein auf dem sich auch einige verwahrloste Katzen herumtreiben (nur als Vermutung).kleinere Mängel:- Das Seitenteil des Sofas ist defekt- Der Backofen bringt nur geringe Wärme, Aufbackbrötchen wurden nicht mal braun- Pool zwar sauber hatte aber zu wenig Chlor- der private Parkplatz vor dem Haus reicht nur für ein KleinfahrzeugFazit: wir werden hier nicht wieder buchen, es wäre schön, wenn insbesondere der Fäkalgeruch vorher bekannt gewesen wäre.
