Finca Can Pep is located in the beautiful, gently rolling area between Sant Joan and Petra. The house with around 100 m2 of living space offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). Of course, there is German satellite TV and fast WiFi in the house. The open kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.Directly in front of the house there is a large, covered terrace with a dining area. There is a brick barbecue area between the huge kidney-shaped pool and the house. The pool has a shallow entry and a large paddling area for children. There are plenty of partially shaded sunbathing areas around the pool. A small holiday oasis in the middle of nature and yet only not far from the town of Sant Joan. The Els Calderers country house and nature museum is also very close by. Here you can experience the original life in earlier times, always worth a visit. Complete vacationhouse
We had a good vacation in this house. It is located in de middle of mallorca. Drive to a beach/town was approx 30-45 min. If you like to be away from the tourist it is a great place.
It the ad description is said that the house is equipped with airconditioning. That is not true. There are only 4 ventilators, NO AIRCO. During our stay it was very hot,specially when you go to sleep.
Nice surprise was the filled fridge at arival and the dishwasher tablets etc.
We would not come back to this house because of the lack of airconditioning. If you dont mind the heat, I can recommend this house.

Kleine Finca für Zwei (+ Kind)
Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Besitzern begrüßt. Es erwartete uns ein voller(!) und gut sortierter Kühlschrank, Obst sowie Getränke für die nächsten Tage. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, das zweite Bett aber eher nur für eine Person (Kind) geeignet. Der Pool ist groß (Tiefe 165 cm), es gibt einen Bereich (1/3), welcher für Babies/Kinder geeignet ist. Der Hof ist riesig, die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt. Die Küche ist geschirrmäßig gut und mit einer kleinen Spülmaschine sowie einer sehr kleinen Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Die Signalstärke des WLAN ist leider nur auf die Innenräume begrenzt (Router im Schlafzimmer). Morgens und abends machen sich die Tiere in der Umgebung (Hunde, Hähne, Vögel ...) bemerkbar :-)
Wir haben uns auf der Finca zu zweit Wohlgefühlt. Leider hatten wir in der direkten Nachbarschaft eine (Finca-) Baustelle, welche unsere wohlverdiente Ruhe getrübt hat (Generator). Nach einem Hinweis hat sich der Eigentümer sofort gekümmert, aber derart Arbeiten kommen leider überall mal vor und können schlecht abgestellt werden.

Top Anlage zur Inselerkundung mit großem Pool und freundlichen Vermietern
Das Haus haben wir so wie es beschrieben wurde vorgefunden. Die Vermieter haben uns als Willkommensgeschenk mit Getränken, Essen und einem frischen Obstkorb versorgt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, außer einer Klimaanlage, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und erfrischend. Wer also eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft sucht, um die Insel zu erkunden, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
Super schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca! Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man braucht und der Pool ist wunderbar! In der Mittagszeit tummelten sich viele Wespen am Pool, diese waren aber überhaupt nicht aggressiv. Die beiden Orte zwischen denen die Finca liegt, Sant Joan und Petra sind kaum touristisch, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Dennoch ist es mit dem Mietwagen auch nicht weit zu den Küsten (ca. 20 Minuten). Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in Manacor, was mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist.
Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen!

Erholung pur
Wir haben das erste mal uns für ein Haus auf Mallorca in der Inselmitte entschieden und haben
es nicht bereut.
Das Haus ist sehr sauer und sehr gemütlich, der Außenbereich genau so wie auf den Bildern.
Der Kühlschrank war von dem netten Besitzerpaar voll ausgestattet, wir konnten direkt die
Seele baumeln lassen. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man zum Frühstück alles bekommt.
Wir fühlten uns in dem Haus absolut sicher, durch das abgeschlossene Haupttor und den sicheren Fensterläden.
Der Pool mit seinen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten war einfach nur schön und entspannend.
Bis zum Meer fährt man völlig stressfrei 25 – 30 Minuten.
Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.
