Everything about this condo was terrific. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, both of which are important to us because we live our sleep and love to cook. Lovation cant be beat, and communication was excellent.

Beautiful clean and very comfortable property in a stellar location. Both the view and the beach were phenomenal!! Everything was perfect and plenty of anything you need for the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels and even a wagon to cart it down to the sand. Beach was a hot spot for shells and even had huge shell piles the size that I have never seen before. Lots of birds to watch also which I loved. I barely had to walk at all to have a nice assortment of beautiful shells. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful too! Could have only been better if it was longer and we stayed a week! Location is also close to shopping and dining on Sanibel! Easy to contact property management for any questions. Will definitely return!

We had the best time here! The view is something you only dream about. The pictures are great but really don't do the view justice. This was also our first time on the Gulf Coast - it'll be hard to do the Atlantic side again! The layout of this condo is so unique. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and we had nice new beach chairs to use along with a cart to wheel it down. It truly is only steps to the beach. My father in law isn't much of a sand guy, but the balcony was so close, he could sit out there and it was like he was right there with us. Points to him for avoiding the no-see-ums! They are plentiful. We did run into a few issues during our stay, but the host was so attentive and more than accommodating. We are very grateful to them for making us feel comfortable during our stay.The condo does still have some construction ongoing, but it was barely heard by us. The place is beyond beautiful and well worth a visit. And for those hunting for shells, this beach did not disappoint! The owners have a poster in the living room of all they types of shells found on sanibel island - it was cool to being our findings back at the end of each day to see exactly what we had found. We turned it into a scavenger hunt to see if we could find them all! We did find some sand dollars and larger shells, but they were very much still alive/inhabited, so we got a good look and put them back in the water. We'll definitely be back when we visit the Gulf! 10/10 Beach trip.
