Christmas Stay

Condo was clean and comfortable as advertised. It is smaller but the layout makes it seem bigger than it is (bedroom and bathroom are separate from the main living and kitchen.We had a little glitch at check in with the door code but Evan was quick to respond and resolved the issue! He was very nice and accommodating!!

If you’re looking for a perfect spot to stay in Sandpoint, this is your place. It’s beautiful close To downtown easy accessible to restaurants and shops, or a quick hike in the woods, and most important extremely clean.

Family adventure

Enjoyed the beauty of Idaho. The lake was nice. The location was perfect and walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the beach. Silver wood amusement park which was the main reason for the trip, was not too far as well.

Gem on Lake Pend Oreille

We were in town for a family weddding. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We were able to prepare a nice dish to take to the brunch the day after the wedding. The kitchen is well stocked with utinsils. The neighborhood is very quiet so we enjoyed good nights sleep. It would be a joy to stay here during the summer months, so close to the beautiful lake.

Great experience

Very clean and accomating unit. Short walk to Lake and downtown. Very quiet and calm. Even better than our high expextations. Owner is a great guy and goes out of his way .Even called a couple of times to see how things were going. MUCH BETTER THAN THE BEST HOTEL.

Super cute spot in a great location

Beautiful spot, fantastic location, great for couples/a small family! Owner was lovely to deal with, property is really well maintained and super cute, and the pools are an excellent bonus. Easy walk into town/City Beach, or a short drive to the beach if you’re packing the many things needed by a toddler for the day. Was the perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend!!

A place remembered

The property is in the best location in Town, right on the water and a short walk to downtown. The unit itself was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The deep pool is location just a few steps from the unit. The property is surprising quite considering the number of units. Everyone was very friendly on and off the site. The host responded quickly to our emails. Based on the property description I thought Kayaks were available for our use and that there was a beach on the property, however that was not the case. There is a place to play basket ball and volley ball, but the balls were not include. There were 2 new cruiser biked, unfortunately we are short and the bikes were made for taller people.

Great Condo Experience!

Our family stayed in the condo during the summer and found it well appointed for our trip! The kitchen is well equipped and organized, and the unit was very clean and comfortable for our stay! Appreciated that we could walk to town quite easily. Evan, the owner, was very responsive and great to work with too!

Great location and clean!

We enjoyed our short stay, very clean and a perfect location to access the lake and downtown. Pool was steps outside our back door which worked great for the kids and it was never too busy to swim, we were often the only ones or one additional family. We used the bikes to bike around the neighborhood and into town which was fun because that isn’t something we can do at home so made it something unique and fun for the kids.

Great place, very comfortable and close to downtown.

Nice condo, the property is a little dated but the palce itself on the inside is updated and enjoyable. Pool is right out the back porch and the lake and docks are just a little further. Roomy Kitchen and living room with a nice bar to eat at and prep meals. Bed is comfortable and the cealing fan keeps it comfortable and is quiet. Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom with quality wifi had no troubles streaming movies, music and no issues with the zoom meetings I had while there. Nice walk or bike ride to downtown. The bathroom is maybe the only thing I would comment on. Shower is nice with good pressure and very comfortable but there is only a pedestal wash basin/sink so not much room for toiletries but there is a nice shelf in the bedroom so its not a huge issue at all. Great host and very accommodating.

Location of the unit is very convenient and within walking distance of downtown. Host was very prompt and helpful. The location within the complex was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. A nice place to stay to enjoy Sandpoint.

Perfect location!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The location is perfect, right in town within walking distance to Sandpoint. The pool was wonderful and never too crowded. Evan was an amazing host and his responses to our questions was extremely fast!!
