Love the place the area was awesome. The staff we did have issues with one waiters from the bar he was an older man and was very rude ! Sat at the bar for like 15 minutes and he didn’t even acknowledge us other than that everything else is awesome.

Staff is friendly but due to the holiday there was construction right outside of our room and they worked all night. We asked about changing rooms and there was non available. The parking situation another issue since it’s around the block. The hotel is beautiful, food was great and made it work. Hopefully, the building or constructions comes to an end soon.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s situated right in the heart of Centro Historico. Very close to the Cathedral, National Palace and Biblioteca National. Dining and shopping options are exceptional. The room is clean, soft bed/pillows, nice bathroom and warm showers. Staff are also very nice and accommodating. Will recommend for everyone to stay here.

The room was clean and the staff were professional. The problem is the motel gouges the guests at every opportunity. Additionally no parking! I had to was 1/3 of a mile through very questionable areas to gain access with the motel. The rooms are small and claustrophobic. Not empressed.

The staff is excellent—always kind and willing to help. One day I wasn’t feeling well, and the receptionist kindly offered her assistance. Truly, the entire staff is very attentive and professional.

Room in good condition, but no windows (unless you book a suite which doubles the cost), overpowering cleaner fragrance smells, water would splash everywhere when showering, no hair conditioner, you have to ask for lotion or a blow dryer, noisy hallway and gap under door let too much sound in. Staff was kind, internet was good when working, had to drop a meeting when it went down due to nearby construction.
